− No safe in the room which was a bit disappointing
Hotel staff were lovely and great location as it was close to the convention center
10.0Hotel was full asked to move rooms as the bath was very close to the toilet and didn’t feel confident stepping over toilet to shower and the next day I was moved to a much larger room with a walk in shower so they accommodated my needs immediately as soon as I asked

Wonderful, comfortable stay
10.0Location was spot on to the Montjuic area, near shopping centre, loads of eateries and coffee shops, 2 blocks from Fira de Barcelona where the event was. Not far from Aerobus bus stop and other transport links. Staff were friendly and greeted every time I went past, room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was great. 2 bottles of water included. Room made up everyday. Lots of storage space, wonderful view and a gym (I didn’t get to use but I did see), lots of options for breakfast, both lifts worked. Had one drink from the bar which was lovely.
− Some days items for breakfast were not there that I liked and the tv only in Spanish (so I didn’t use), would have liked a few more options on food menu so I could have stayed in one of the nights instead of going out and would have like the option for a recycling bin
