Perfect for Venice.
10.0Location is unique, by crossing a little bridge over the canal. Room was very spacious with tall ceiling and vaulted beams. Bathroom, roomy for Italy, clean! Breakfast was excellent, standard Euro fare and acomodating staff, ask to have them make you a cappuccino! Short walk right around the corner is a great square with restaurants open late.

Won’t be back- not very clean and man who checked us out (big guy with ponytail) was rude.
2.0− Rooms need seriously upgrading. We asked for double beds and were given sofa beds for my children, which were very uncomfortable. When opening our door we were greeted with the buffet table and dining area for breakfast- not ideal.

7.0The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The location (after we figured it out) was decent.
− The room is very small. It is not for more than 2 people. Our room was in a different location from the main hotel. We had a hard time finding the hotel. The elevator was broken in our building, so we had to walk up many flights of stairs to get to our room, and with luggage, it was awful, esp after being so tired from all of the walking in trying to find the main hotel. We were not told this when we checked in, nor did they offer a different room. There were many keys hanging on the rack, which said to us they were not full. The online pictures show a rooftop dining area, but when we inquired about this, we were told it was private and not for guests.
