The experience very bad i never will back to this hotel Considering the price I paid, I expected a completely different
3.0Dear Grand Harbour Kowloon Hotel Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Grand Harbour Kowloon Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard expected from a hotel that claims to be 5-star. Upon check-in, I asked if my luggage could be delivered to my room. The staff member informed me that I would have to wait approximately 30 minutes. I had just arrived after a long journey and needed to change my clothes immediately because I had already booked tickets for an event. Waiting that long was simply not acceptable, so I went to the reception to complain. When the luggage was eventually delivered, the staff member’s attitude was very unprofessional. He appeared angry and frustrated, handled my suitcases roughly by dropping them on the floor, and left in an obvious state of irritation. As a paying guest, I found this behavior disrespectful and completely unacceptable. The problems did not end there. The room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. One of the towels appeared to have already been used, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. I was also surprised that there was no complimentary drinking water in the room. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where drinking water was not provided. When I called reception, I was told that they would not deliver water to my room and that I had to go downstairs to purchase it myself. In addition, the bathroom amenities were almost non-existent. Throughout my trip across China, every hotel I stayed in provided basic toiletries such as toothbrushes, combs, and other essential items. Your hotel provided none of these, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, the service was poor, the cleanliness was below expectations, and the hospitality was far from what a 5-star hotel should offer. In my honest opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. Based on my experience, it is closer to a 3-star hotel.

Service is not worth the price
5.0Amazing view of the harbour
− The staff aren’t helpful and accommodating at all. The check-in process is drawn out. Had to wait till 1 o’clock to check in so they could say we could have the room at 3:30. They told us we could wait on the 19th floor but we couldn’t go up without room passes. The reception did not tell us that. Then after 3:30 we had to show all our passport again so we could get our room passes. The reception staff are not coordinated at all. One of our rooms smelled so damp and moldy so we had to wait another 30min to have a new room. By that time we were so fed up. Apart from reception, every member of staff is constantly telling you to move and go away somewhere. Such an unpleasant experience despite the beautiful amenities.
