2.0Hampton Inn Midland – 5011 West Loop 250 North, Midland, TX – August 2025 I stayed here for a three-night business trip, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The elevator was out of service during my entire stay, which was a major inconvenience. Even worse, the room was never cleaned—not once—and the in-room coffee was never restocked. For a hotel that’s supposed to cater to business travelers, this level of service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this location and will be avoiding it in the future.
In summary the stay was okay in spite of the few things that need to be fixed, location was good.

− My room wasn't a king size I asked for, there was no microwave that was showed on pictures, refrigerator was not working, no internet I used my hotspot, bathroom tub and shower wasn't working properly, ice machine was broken, and elevator was making a funny noise.

6.0Wasn’t the nicest hotel.. very old and outdated, rooms had old carpet, we found old clothing items under the beds from other people staying there.. the mattress for the bed was on the floor and it was $230 for one night, pretty disappointed and overpriced

8.0Stay was pleasant. Hotel as clean. Shower was clean, good water pressure. Had to ask for extra towels. We only had 2 bath towels. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great! Breakfast was good but they ran out of food and there was a long wait to replenish the trays. Had a very good variety to eat and drink. Loved having a cookie to eat in the evenings.
