It was a very nice hotel but improvements to disability features need to be further addressed.
7.0The bed was very comfortable. The lighting and room temperature were easy to accommodate preferences. The views from the inner courtyard were amazing. It was very easy to check out and print a receipt.
− I arrived after 9pm and had to wait over 10 minutes to get help checking into the hotel. I stayed in an ADA room on the first floor because of a disability. There was no counter space in the bathroom to place toiletary items upon so it was extreme difficult to navigate. I had to move a chair into the bathroom to sit and rest because it was hard to stand. There were no instructions for the coffee maker. Also, it was extremely noisy at night around 10pm. Alot of young children were playing in the reception without concern for the noise.

I wish we would have stayed closer to the beach
7.0For an older hotel they try to keep it hip. The outside area looked fun for people who have kids
− Way over priced for being so far from the beach. The rooms were like from the 80s, outdated. If you have a balcony room you can see and hear everything going on in the court yard area. Beds were a little stiff.
