Decent hotel
7.0Bedroom was modern, good size, bed comfy enough. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Good location.
− Breakfast was very average. Would save your money and buy breakfast elsewhere.

− Die Zimmer sind für 3 Erwachsene nicht komfortabel ausgestattet.Es gibt keine Möglichkeit seinen Koffer auszupacken. Fehlende Schränke.Vielleicht für eine Nacht okay, aber nicht für mehrere Nächte. Recht dunkel und im Bad Schimmel an der Decke. Betten sind sauber, aber total durchgelegen.

4.0Location and decor
− The staff were unhelpful and I never accepted responsibility,was always our fault. We found ourselves locked in the room on 2 occasions and had to wait until a member of staff had finished his dinner before anyone would come to let us out 20 mins locked in the room missed our dinner reservation. Not even a water for our room. Door lock needs sorting out. Staff needs training on how to deal with their customers! Never ever again!!

− Check in process awful - long, tedious and done completely by the guest while the receptionist does nothing, in the room - trash can the size of an ashtray, stench coming from the bathroom pipes, noise coming from the room above - poor insulation, shower door doesn't close/seal and the water floods the floor while taking a shower
