9.0Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water even during full house. Maids cleaned everything in room every day. Staff was very knowledgeable and always smiling.

i should have just stayed at the rodeway inn where i usually stay
3.0i thought the building itself was very good. the room was nice and clean, nice tv, pretty quiet. no disgusting surprises anywhere. location to where i was going was ok.
− the roads to the hotel came straight from bagdad. every road coming to the hotel had foot deep potholes everywhere. i don't appreciate the hotel making me beg for a freaking cup of coffee. a single cup coffee maker in the room? and not even close to an outlet to use it! i had to put it on the night stand and go beg the front desk for more pods. i finally just drove to a local gas station and bought brewed coffee. you charge me $90 freaking dollars and you can't have a coffee maker in your lobby??!! i shouldn't have to beg the hotel for a simple cup of coffee! i want a hotel where i can get a cup of coffee anytime i want. for this reason, i will never book this hotel again, no matter how nice everything else is.
