Only stayed one of the two nights because we couldn't sleep due to noise and uncomfortable bed

− I asked for queen size beds and got full size. I asked for first floor room and got second floor. I have asthma and my husband has COPD and we had to walk up and down stairs because there was no elevator.

− Room was dirty, bed very uncomfortable. Missing light bulb in lamp asked for one and never brought one. Lighting was very bad, not good with people with low vision.
