10.0The front desk lady Miranda . Went above and beyond for me, I would definitely stay there again The room was clean and up to date .all the amenities you needed. Comfortable beds. Again can’t express how much Miranda was so helpful. She made check in so easy and she is very friendly.
Bad with bad customer service
2.0The place is a dump. Manager agreed to reimburse me for one night of my stay, but since I booked through Expedia, claimed that they needed to agree to reimburse. Sent me on a weeks long wild goose chase where she was exposed as lying and gaslighting. Then cancelled my reservation with Expedia so I couldn’t leave a bad review (still no reimbursement). Terrible, creepy customer service.

6.0The room itself was clean. It did have a funny cooking odor, so I went to Walmart and purchased air freshener. The remote control was sticky. I tried using wipes, but it did not help. The grim and dirt was caked on.
