HORRIBLE, Run Down. Not a Safe and Secure place to stay.

Not a whole lot... Place was severely run down.

− Carpets were tore up and looked all wrinkled and bulgie like it had flooding issues. Carpets should have been replaces years ago, Ice machine didn't work. Desk said I would have to go to another hotel next door to get ice. Computer in business area didn't work. Help at desk couldn;t get it to work either. Outside door entering side of hotel was broken and when I went to the breakfast area a street person was there eating.. There was cereal but no milk. Yogurt and eggs were empty. I went to the deck but couldn't get anyone to answer. The window at the end of the hall way was wide open all day and all night. Totally unsecure. Dangerous place if you travel with a spouse and or children. pillows were only snout 18 inches square. So watching tv was uncomfortable and also sleeping on those little throw pillows was uncomfortable. I finally got up at 4am and left... The entire place was so run down. I am not sure I will ever stay at a Super 8 again. Or any of the Windham owned properties.

Location was good & easy to find close to amenities

− Ok on arrival i went to reception which was closed & a sign said to check in at the Travelodge reception then I was asked was it a super 8 or Travelodge booking which it was super 8 then i got to the room which was a trek but couldn't get in so back to reception the guy said oh have you tried the card the right way?? Which i thought was a poor response as I've used alot of hotels with various card entries anyway he then swapped room to the floor above so another trek but got in then the wifi wouldn't work because he hadn't changed the code from the original room but ok no worries.the room was dated as is the motel it wasn't clean bed was lumpy shower tub cracked Went for breakfast the super 8 was closed so over to Travelodge very small selection not like others i'd been to same brand No milk for cereal when i asked i got a blank expression & there was no water for a tea the girl just said well there's coffee still waiting for the milk i just said forgot it & left the lobby had no coffee at super 8 when I got there & when I left so for me this stay was a bad choice little interest from the staff??

The room was comfortable air conditioning worked well that made for good sleeping.

− The door was difficult to open. I couldn't get my key to work and needed help.openingbthe door. Also the only way to work the TV was to plug and unplug it to turn it on and off

We didn’t have the breakfast

− The plumbing was bad. Toilet wouldn’t flush, sink was slow draining, shower was all over, some electrical sockets didn’t work, smoke alarm didn’t have a battery.

− The first room I was assigned was dirty. It hadn’t been cleaned. I did get another room that was cleaned. The shower leaked. I informed the desk the next morning,
