We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. We were able to get more towels

− The room was very stuffy and dirty, I wanted it to be cleaned, but stained and torn towels were put in, I wanted the sheet to be changed, it was not changed, our room card was not working properly, we had to say it twice, I will not prefer it again to change it

1.0Room wallpaper was marked up. Nothing matched on the decor. Blue rug, brown and green comforter, pink bathroom floor and yellow tiles. No shower towels in my room. no Do not disturb in my room for door. BED BUGS in my pillow case
