3.0The hotel has a beautiful design, stylish interiors, and a very attractive overall atmosphere.
− The cleanliness, lack of professionalism from the staff, poor room maintenance, and uncomfortable bed. The bed was noisy whenever I moved, the ironing board provided was old and damaged, and the additional €5 charge for every room service order felt excessive. Overall, the service and comfort did not match the price or the standard expected from a hotel of this level.
