8.0The hotel decor was exquisite. The furnishings of our room were of very high quality, thoughtful design and full of character. Very comfy beds. Excellent food and service. Friendly and down to earth staff who were always courteous and happy to help.
− Nothing negative to say really. Could have provided shower caps for convenience.

8.0Hotel was very clean. Well appointed with good quality furnishings and staff very helpful.
− There were steps to the hotel and to the ground floor bedrooms. Not suitable for wheelchair bound residents. No accessible rooms with grab rails or seat but was told that chair and suction held grab available if needed but not offered. This should be advertised on website.
