− השירות בקבלה היה מתחת לכל ביקורת . הזמנו 3 חדרים בשתי הזמנות . הזמנה אחת של שני חדרים והזמנה שניה של חדר אחד לשני מבוגרים ושני ילדים . את ההזמנה הראשונה של שני החדרים קבלנו ואילו את ההזמנה השניה הפקידה טענה שאין הזמנה כזו במערכת .למרות שהצגנו בפניה אישור היא לא זזה מעמדתה שאין הזמנה כזו ואין לה חדר . לצערינו נאלצנו לחפש מלונות בשעה 7 בערב לזוג ועוד שני ילדים . לא היה כל נסיון מצד פקידת הקבלה לסייע לא היתה נכונות לראוח את ההזמנה פשוט היתה שם פקידת קבלה חמורת סבר אנטיפטית ובלתי נסבלת .. ארוחת הבוקר היתה קצת יותר מעלובה

− There weren't many breakfast choices. They only offered two kinds of cereal and one type of round bread. There was no fruit, no juice, and no pancakes. The coffee came with only one cream option. Overall, the breakfast selection was very limited and disappointing. In addition, the bed sheets had stains, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The extra bed was also very hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep..
