It might have seemed reasonable for half the price
5.0Not much except it is close to where my daughter lives
− Check in was not very friendly and for some reason they wanted to know exactlywhat time I was checking in - got a few emails/texts about that. I also got a discount if I paid cash. I have never experienced that before. There is no elevator. I am 68 and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with my suitcase. The furniture in the room was very tired. It was DEFINITELY not worth what I paid. My daughter looked up nearby options after she saw my room and I could have had a nicer room at several nearby locations for less than I paid here. I clearly need to revise my search method in the future. I always look at the evacuation plan which is usually posted near the door to the room and it was a long and and wordy explanation which basically said, in case of fire, go down the stairs or stay in your room and put a towel under the door. There was no fires escape as far as I could see.

Very noisy, sleepless nights
4.0Staff are great. They facilitated an early check in and were very friendly to deal with. Location is close to everything.
− I was on the second floor facing the street and there was non-stop noise, 24/7, from trucks idling, road works, garbage removers etc. This would be tolerable if the windows weren't basically made of paper. I didnt hear much from other neighbors so if you can get a room not facing the street it is probably a relatively quiet but its a shame the owners cant invest in proper windows given the prices they charge. The bedding is extremely cheap too.
Excellent room
10.0Excellent value. It is small but clean , comfortable bed, microwave and fridge, excellent bathroom. Staff is very friendly.
