2.0Gave it 1 star because the front desk guy was very friendly. Other than that…I would paint my house with a Q-Tip before staying here again. We tried to save a buck, but we should’ve gone with a different place to stay. I don’t believe that our room had even been cleaned. There was hair in the sink, floor was dirty, mold around the bathtub and shower head, lampshades were in hideous condition, the mirror has lost its life and the entire room was all around a chaotic mess. This place needs to either be updated and cleaned or bulldozed.

4.0Location was convenient. Rooms are quite run down and in need of updates and repair. Upon entering the room, the temperature was unbearably hot. There was no temperature set to regulate basic comfort in the Texas heat. On opening the door, dead insects and spiders were right inside the door. There was a live large spider in the sink. The door to the unit had a significant gap at the bottom and did not seal properly. We could see daylight and there was definite room to allow for critters to enter the room and also posed a potential security concern. We chose to vacate immediately for these combined reasons. I didn’t feel comfortable that more bugs wouldn’t be found or joining us in bed during the night.

8.0This is good motor inn. I can tell they're renovating gradually. Something things are rough around the edges but not deal breaker. They are trying to be something they can't live up to. They are plenty of places to eat in the area.
