7.0The location is great near many things Walking and driving . The room was clean. The lobby was clean. Staff was nice. Only thing was air was messed up but the had portable windows units. Outdoor pool kiddie and jacuzzi but it's nice
− It was storming in lightning a little the close pool but many times it didn't do nun they didn't open it back up..
Enjoyed what was available, I did not enjoy the room though.

− The AC was broke in my room and it was hot and gross.. I did not sleep well because of it being 80 degrees. The beds were small and not comfortable.

10.0Great hotel with beautiful pool. Big room with everything you need (well equipped kitchen, laundry, nice living room). Very well situated in Williamsburg, lots of restaurants nearby and a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg.

− After driving 7 hours I walked into the lobby and was met by Cassandra. She did not make me feel welcome and I let her negative energy ruin my stay.

6.0Close to downtown Williamsburg.
− The room smelled so much like dog that it was difficult to sleep. I called the front desk and they immediately sent someone with some kind of spray. But it didn’t really help. I guess I thought that only certain rooms are kept for visitors with dogs. But turned out all rooms are dog friendly. So just be aware if you can’t tolerate the smell of dogs in your room. But the rest of the room was clean and neat. And the location was great.
