10.0As someone who values excellent customer service, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Qzim and Çlirim for their kindness, outstanding hospitality, and the assistance they provided throughout my stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos - not to mention the different range of facilities it has to offer. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to visit Tetovo in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

7.0The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The manager even solved a problem that originated from my part without any fees or hesitations. The facility was nice even though we didn’t use the pool or the spa.
− The cleanness was one of my problems. There were used towels when we arrived to the room. There were also hairs on the hairdryer. Also there was this thing about security. One room card opened another room’s door. I don’t know if that was a one time thing or not.
