10.0아침 일찍 도착했기에 짐 놓고 시내관괌 할수 있어 좋았네요. 위치도 역, 해양공원이나 아르바트거리에서 가까워서 걸어서 다닐 수 있어 더욱 좋았네요. 매니져의 친절한 안내가 더욱 좋았어요.

10.0아파트 아래에 작은 마트가 있는데 김치도 팔고 없는 게 없음. 활용하기 좋고 귀여운 할머니가 계심. 그리고 밖으로 나가는 기준으로, 오른쪽으로 가면 영화관+해안공원. 왼쪽으로 가면 블라디보스톡역과 한국 마트, 한국 음식점. 다 걸어서 다닐만한 거리로 위치가 좋음. 위치가 좋아서 그런지 이 아파트먼트 주변이 거의 렌탈 집이 많은데 그래서 그런지 한국인도 많고 밤에도 사람들이 많이 지나다녀서 안전한 것 같음. 특히나 근처에 캡슐 호텔도 있어 안전함. 집도 깨끗하고 이쁘며, 타월 티백, 슬리퍼 등등 기타 용품은 창고에서 가져다 쓰면 됨. 잘 안쓰게 되지만 장기간 투숙하는 분들은 이게 중요할 듯. 밤 11시 이후는 모두 조용히 지내도록 안내함. 호텔 관리해주시는 여자분이 계신데, 영어는 못해도 최대한 도와주시려고 노력하고, 그래서 많은 도움을 받음. 패밀리 룸과 일반 룸 합쳐서 총 3개인데, 깔끔하고 저렴해서 그런지 모두 한국인으로 풀 부킹이었음. It's really good to stay. The apartment is located near to train station and beach(and movie theater). The room is really spacious and clean. Will surely come back here again.
