10.0Excellent location

Great but with a few issues
8.0We really liked this hotel! The room was cozy, it was clean and you can't beat the location. The fact that they bring breakfast to your room (it's a light breakfast but still great) and it's included is a highlight. I gave it four stars instead of five though for a few reasons: *When you check in, if you have a lot of luggage you have to make numerous trips from your car, which has to illegally park on the street while you run all your stuff to the lobby. It's not convenient at all. The lobby is down an alley, not on the street, and then you have to park at a parking deck that is a good walk away. It's just really inconvenient if you have more than one suitcase or bag. *When I was bringing all of our stuff from the car, the guy at the front desk literally did not offer to help at all. I was bringing our stuff into the lobby bag by bag after I ran it all from the car and he never got up from his chair or offered to help. It was odd and disappointing. *The furniture in our room was so scratched up and looked so old, and for such a cute hotel, I would think they would address that. Our bed looked like something you'd find in an old thrift store, and it seemed very unstable and squeaky. The bedside tables were totally scratched up. They need to refurbish the furniture badly. None of this would be enough for us to not stay there again, but you can't give it five stars.
We had a relaxing a pleasant stay.
10.0The property is well-situated in the heart of downtown but tucked into a pretty Charleston-style alley. The parking garage was just around the corner, walkable with suitcase. The room was surprisingly spacious, beds were very comfy, and you preorder breakfast which is delivered to your room at the time you designate.
15th Anniversary trip
10.0I absolutely loved this little inn! It was so charming and quaint; just what I was looking for to celebrate our 15th anniversary! The inn was clean and quiet but walkable to so many things. There is even a Target shortly down the street. The breakfast was good and having it delivered each morning to our room was top-notch. Wine and cheese reception nightly was an added bonus! Comfy bed and good AC despite it being 90+ degrees outside. I would recommend Fulton Lane Inn to family and friends!
Fulton Inn Stay
10.0The Fulton Inn in Charleston,SC was more than I hoped for. I was traveling for both business and pleasure so I invited my sister to join me. We wanted something close to downtown, allowing us the opportunity to walk to most of the places we wanted to enjoy during my downtime. The Fulton Inn was everything and more. Restaurants, pubs, shopping were all within steps from the front door. But, most importantly, literally down the alley and across the street was my son and DIL’s apartment. They were in the process of moving out and we were able to help them pack, then head out to see the sights of Charleston. It was a win-win for everyone. King Street was practically at our front door! Then we experienced the inn itself. Charming, delightful, and elegant. The description could go on and on. Our room was large with two double beds and a wonderful en-suite with a large enclosed shower as well as a soaking tub. Despite the humidity, which we were not use to, we were always guaranteed a cool, dry room. Morning room service was available each day, delivered by smiling staff that set the tone for the morning. Engaging receptionists greeted us both as we departed for the day as well as when we came in, always with a genuine smile and inquiring about what was in store for us that morning and how did our day end. There was nothing that I would recommend changing about this stay. It hit all the marks and it will be someplace we will stay again. In a nutshell, incredible staff, beautiful rooms, outstanding location. The cherry on top - very well priced.
