7.0The rooms are clean and updated. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. They offer private beach access passes with your room.
− The mattresses are tragically worn out. Both sides are sunken in and you can feel the springs. Very disappointing for how much you pay for the room. The pastries were days old. Not fresh.

9.0Very clean, modern, and beautifully designed hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Omar and Aida in the lobby, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere with pleasant surroundings. Great location close to Lake Tahoe. Comfortable rooms and an overall very comfortable stay. The hotel is not inexpensive, but for a few nights it is definitely worth paying a little extra for the quality and experience offered.
− The only downside is the lack of a proper breakfast. Complimentary coffee is available in the morning, and sandwiches can be purchased, but for a hotel of this standard we would have expected a more complete breakfast option.

9.0Excellent and very helpful staff, which makes the place special - Cory and Angie were great!! they provided a lot of support for first timers at Incline Village. New and modern facility, great games at the Lounge - perfect hotel for a family - really recommend it. Pool is also nice for kids
