I want to stay there again, especially for the price that we paid
4.0The beds and pillows were comfortable. Booked 2 rooms in mid July. One air conditioner kept the room nice and cool, the other had trouble keeping up.
− I booked two rooms in mid July one air conditioner kept the room, nice and cool and the other had trouble keeping up. The showers were mediocre the water temperature wasn’t consistent. I think the hotel had trouble keeping the place staffed there wasn’t somebody consistently at the front desk. There weren’t ice buckets in the room. I had to go ask for an ice bucket late at night at the front desk and nobody was there.. our TV would not work correctly and when we tried to turn the TV off after the baby was asleep, we couldn’t turn it off. It was not staffed well enough to get help. I should have crawled under the desk and unplugged the thing. It was just a blue screen and the middle of the night the screen would come on to cartoons and then it would go off a little reminiscent of the Bates Motel with the tv issue. Second place to put your head and lay down if you have a good air conditioner and water that is the right temperature in your shower, but is not somewhere to write home to your family about. I probably wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. one thing that was applause was it was a gas station and within walking distance of an Albertsons grocery store..

9.0Covience to Interstate
− Short on staff The gal on staff was fantastic but she needed help
Not Worth the Money or the Stress
1.0Location of the hotel
− The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have no understanding of customer service. There was no greeting or welcome—just a request for my ID and the check-in process. While I was there, another guest was so frustrated with the condition of her room and the staff's unprofessional behavior that she didn't even bother asking for a refund. She simply left. Our first room had a strong cigarette smell. We immediately returned to the front desk to request a different room, but no one was there. Instead, there was a note instructing guests to call a phone number if the front desk was unattended. When I explained the issue over the phone, the front desk employee returned and refused to switch our room immediately. He claimed we had been in the room "for a while" and insisted on inspecting it before approving a room change. I found that response unreasonable, especially since we had only entered the room long enough to notice the cigarette smell. I told him to go ahead with the inspection. After confirming the odor, he finally assigned us another room. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Although the second room didn't smell like smoke, it was dirty, and the bathroom door wouldn't even close properly. We didn't bother about requesting another room change considering the previous experience. Also, don't be surprised by the $4 credit card processing fee. This charge was not disclosed during check-in—I only noticed it after reviewing my credit card statement. I'm glad our reservation was for only one night. Had we booked a longer stay, this experience could have easily ruined our Yellowstone trip.
