Might not ever go there again . The way it was handled was ridiculous.

− I didn’t like the fact that when I checked in I was given a room . I stepped out for a little to come back and find out my room was given to someone else. Also to make matters worse they left my stuff in that room . Wanted to speak to a manager and no one could appoint me to one. The fact that they think this was okay was not okay. The amount of money just for the room for one night to deal with that was not worth it.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be staying at the Marriott Courtyard ever again.
1.0Not much. Room were large. Bathrooms were clean.
− First, it took 25 minutes to check in even though there were only two people ahead of me. I arrived after a 6+ hour drive at 2:35 to learn that my room was not ready. Check in time is 3:00. I needed to give them my cell number so they could reach me when the room became available. I needed to wait in my car for the call as there was no AC in the lobby. The call arrived at 3:20. Check in at 3:00?? I paid over $500 for the room, usable for 20 hours, checkout time at 11 AM. That comes to $25 / hour, but I am not able to access the room until 3:20. Upon entering the room, it is obvious that the AC is not adequate to cool the room. The room remained uncomfortably warm for the entire stay. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was not working, so any cold drinks or food items were not able to remain cold.
