7.0O quarto japonês era amplo, porém com uma sacada mal aproveitada. Nenhum tipo de decoração (como jardim), que faziam falta em fazer um ambiente mais tradicional. Já tive experiências no Japão, esse quarto japonês deixou a desejar, tendo um preço elevado. Spa era pequeno, amenidades reduzidas. Os snacks para pedir no quarto eram realmente muito ruins, não deveriam comercializar esses produtos. Staff sempre muito gentil!

− Location was a little far out when landing with bags (probably a 10 min walk or so from the station) but not too bad.

9.0The location was fabulous - very close to lots of interesting places. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent english. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Great water pressure and amenities. We loved the outdoor spa (we weren't sure we'd use it but it was lovely after a long day of walking).
− We were there for almost two weeks and the only issue we had were the beds and pillows that were too hard for my husbands's and my bad backs. We each ended up buying a pillow to use. Otherwise all was excellent.
