− Construction and the pool wasn’t open
I expected more from a Hilton property.
7.0The property is being renovated and they have done an excellent job in the areas that have been completed.
− The on duty staff was not warm and welcoming. Fortunately, I brought my own shampoo but the hotel shampoo bottle was empty and there were black hairs in the shower - I am a blonde. The complimentary breakfast was VERY limited - no yogurt, no fruit.
The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
6.0− The elevator was very sketchy. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t really act like they cared much about their job. They are doing construction so laundry and is closed
