10.0Great customer service experience! Morning hotel manager, Jacquelene, front desk & kitchen staff was very friendly and attentive to all customers. Kids love the free candy!

6.0Overall it was a really good stay here. The rooms were clean, the breakfast area/dining area always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone always had a smile. The location was great, lots of stores, restaurants and access to colonial Williamsburg. The only thing that makes this 3 star rating is the pool was gross. Always clumps of hair in it, the “spa” part didn’t work. The water was always cloudy. And 2 times housekeeping said we had our “DND” sign on our door and it wasn’t so we didn’t have clean towels, we had to go ask for them each time, which is not a big deal but leaving an honey review. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the hotel. For the value, it’s a very average hotel.

10.0Devante at the front desk is the most amazing employee ever. I had an issue with my room air conditioner he immediately called to get someone to my room to fix it. He told me if it wasn’t any better to come back down and he would hook me up with a different room. He is so polite and offers help when needed. Too notch employee. He is definitely a people person and take pride in his work.

10.0My Family and I had a amazing experience we would like to thank Devante he was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to help my husband and I that check in was nice and smooth and fast he also came to let us know that the pool was available bc we wanted to go and swim but it was full so we went back to our room but we do appreciate you bc you didn’t have to do that thank you so much

10.0My wife has suffered a major hear attack while on vacation. The management team and staff could not have been more supported of me and the situation. The kindness, patience; and prayers were unlike any other. I can’t thank the hem enough for everything. Clean rooms, great breakfast and overall class act establishment. I recommend not just the hotel, but the people and management. Class act!
