− Jetted tub, the jets didn't work and it was so late at night we didn't ask for assistance because we needed to get to sleep for our long day of traveling the next day.

8.0Everything was pretty good for the peak season. The room was recently renovated, very neat and clean closer to 4 stars.
− Message about renovations after booking not before. We weren't affected, but obviously you want to know prior somehow. No cartoon channels for kids on TV. Nothing major. Exactly what you expect from Holiday Inn Express.
