9.0Great location, friendly staff and immaculately clean rooms and public spaces. Bed very comfortable.
− Limited vegetarian dishes on the dinner menu. Would have been happy to stay in for dinner if there had been more choice. Our room was close to the security entrance to the floor and the door bangs when guests enter/leave. Soft door closure would be good so not to be disturbed.

Solo female guest woken to someone entering their room - terrifying
2.0− Management/ front desk failures meant I was woken to a stranger entering my room while I was asleep - as a solo female guest this was an absolutely terrifying experience. It ruined the entire stay as I felt unsafe.
