2.0Nothing unique, don’t even provisions in the bathroom e.g hand soap, even tiny bottle of shampoo,, no phone, chairs to sit in the room. Hard to find considering there’s not even a good lighting in front of the building. Water in the aircondtion unit is leaking. Need a total upgrade.

2.0Room did look like the pictures but in a much, much worse state. Burn marks on the wall, cupboards falling apart, dim lights and a peeling sealing. The hallway was filled with office equipment, there is gym equipment in the hallway, the stairs are noisy, and the entrance is not really secure. For the service, the single receptionist was super accomodating, despite the place having a curfew at MIDNIGHT.
Good stay little updating needed
8.0Very comfortable bed. Property needs a little attention and few repairs. The toilet had missing seat(fairly normal in Philippines to have no toilet seat) and was water leak onto floor of bathroom. Overall was good start and I would start again. You get what you pay for but safe and good night sleep was what I had.
