6.0The location was great as I wanted to be near the beach. The staff was great and I had no issue that I had to reach out.
− The facility needs some updating to.the exterior and the kitchen area. I have paid less for better accommodations and was do when I got there.

10.0I absolutley love Horizon by the Sea, I stay here every year. Clean, safe, affordable and close to everything. Don't need a car, everything is walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

− Nao tem recepção a noite ; dificuldade para usar a maquina de lavar por ser antiga demais ; limpeza insuficiente ; so troca de toalhas e retirada do lixo ; no rntanto sem linpeza. E TIVE UM PROBLEMA INACEITÁVEL: VARIOS ITENS ROUBADOS + De 10 .. CAMISAS , SHORTS e CAlÇA do meu filho todas compradas em Outlets em Orlando ( novas , sem uso) avisei ao proprietário qdo sai da estadia que ficou dizendo que eu tinha me enganado. Enfim ,prejuizo absurdo … retornei em algumas lojas qdo voltei a Orlando e comprei novamente tudinho para ele nao retornar ao Brasil sem as roupas novas .
