Bretton Arms
10.0The Bretton Arms restaurant is the best food on the property, and some of the best food I’ve had. Kayla, the supervisor was absolutely fantastic. Bubbly, accommodating, caring, and overall made us feel special. Our server, Kesya and Yutini were so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back. I wish the Omni advertised this great restaurant more, people are missing out because they don’t know!
Great food and even better service
10.0My trip to the Bretton Arms restaurant for the 4th of July was nothing short of fantastic, the food was delicious and the staff were absolutely fenomenal. Our servers, Kesya and Yutini, were amazing and helped us with the very difficult decision on what to eat since all the options seemed fantastic. Both servers offered us a great laugh and made it a great experience overall. The highlight of the night however was the supervisor, Ms Kayla. She went out of her way numerous times to ensure our night was truly unique all while tending to the rest of the guests that were there. She helped us with not only food related matters, but also gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the general area (and some good golf tips). I couldn’t recommend the Bretton Arms more and my only complaint is that I didn’t know about it sooner.
The most amazing dining experience
10.0Wow...just wow! From the moment we walked through the doors until the end of our meal, every part of our experience was outstanding. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful—elegant without feeling stuffy—and the food was nothing short of incredible. Every dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and worth every bite. Our server, Kesya, was fantastic. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we always had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Her recommendations were spot on, and her genuine hospitality made our evening even more enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Yutini, our food runner, who delivered each course with such professionalism and a smile. The timing was perfect, and she took great care to make sure everything was exactly as it should be. The biggest shoutout, however, goes to Kayla, the supervisor and host. She truly made this experience unforgettable. From the warm welcome when we arrived to checking on us throughout the evening, she went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest's experience, and her passion for hospitality shines through in everything she does. It's rare to meet someone who is so personable, professional, and dedicated to making every detail perfect. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the incredible service provided by the entire team. It's not often that a restaurant excels in every category—food, atmosphere, and service—but this place absolutely does. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back, and Kayla, Kesya, and Yutini deserve so much credit for making our evening so memorable. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be recommending this restaurant to family and friends. An easy five stars!
Unacceptable Experience at a "Premier" Resort — Do Not Waste Your Money
2.05) We recently stayed at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, paying over $800 a night for a family suite, expecting the high standard of luxury and scenic views that the Omni brand built its reputation on. What we experienced instead was an absolute disgrace. When we opened the curtains of our expensive suite, we were greeted not by the majestic White Mountains, but by garbage cans, dumpsters, HVAC units, and an unsightly service/utility yard. At no point during booking or check-in was it disclosed that our high-tier family suite would overlook the hotel’s back-of-house trash operations. When we brought this to management's attention, expecting basic empathy and a reasonable resolution, the response was shockingly dismissive. The staff was completely unaccommodating, and the manager was entirely unempathetic and uncooperative. Rather than trying to make things right or move us to a acceptable room, the manager blatantly told us that if we didn’t like our accommodations, we could always just check out. To add insult to injury, after making us feel thoroughly unvalidated and ignored, the manager offered a insulting token compensation: waiving a single night's $50 resort fee on a stay costing over $800 per night. This stay was a complete and total disappointment. The quality of the accommodations and the terrible attitude of management were completely inconsistent with Omni’s reputation and nowhere near worth the price we paid. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its guests.
Older property, comfortable beds, just OK
7.0The beds were great! The views were spectacular from our room. The food was really good at their main restaurant.
− It’s in the middle of nowhere, and it’s an aging property. I’d likely not return. We didn’t feel good about the property and we didn’t feel bad about the property. It was meh all the way around.
Two thumbs up!
10.0Amazing resort, amazing help, wonderful views and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this resort for a White Mountain getaway!
