1.0It was a subpar hotel and the staff was very rude. I prepaid for my room then when I got there I was asked if I had any pets. I told her I had a legitimate service dog and she charged me a fee. I told her that she wasn't supposed to do that and she says if I didn't pay I don't stay. I was too tired to argue but if I new I was going to have to pay extra I would have gotten a half decent hotel. When I called again and asked nicely for a refund the owner said no then hung up

10.0Room was very nice large king bed couch desk microwave and fridge clean large shower and bath. Quiet very relaxing we stayed a week.
