野球三昧

空間がお洒落で、窓際が取り付けのソファになっておりゆったりできて居心地が良かったです。野球観戦で宿泊しましたが、横浜スタジアムから近いのも助かりました。

Really cozy vibe and incredibly clean, great value

The rooms and lavatory were very clean and had a great facilities. The womens powder room came with haridryers and hair straighteners, as well as plenty of mirrors. The womens section sadly only has one shower, so you might have to wait for others to finish taking a shower. The capsule room itself was cozy and comfortable, the bed, pillow and blanket were really comfortable as well. Everything was easy to use and there were toothbrush sets, facemask and sponge, razorblades and slippers. A water bottle is also provided in the capsule room. Self-checkout system makes checking out really easy as no interaction is required.

− There really isn't any sound proofing in the capsules, so if others are noisy at night you might wake up or have trouble falling asleep (though earbuds are available) The rooms were a bit too hot to be comfortable at night (airconditioning seemed to be turned off or on too low of a setting) There is a little electric fan in the capsule, so this helped a little. The other rooms in the hotel had good airconditioning, so I feel like maybe the one in the womens dormitory was turned off by mistake.

サウナが好きで何回も行ってる

− 朝に出て戻ってきた時に、鍵を開ける暗証番号が分からなく緊急連絡先に電話しても繋がらず部屋に入れない時間が2時間ぐらいあり外に出っ放しだった。最悪だった。またプランは素泊まりで予約してますと言われサウナは追加料金ですというのもあって払ったら消費税を二重請求されてて最悪だった。過去にも何回かあると思うから、普通に消費者庁案件だとは思う
