7.0L’hôte est très disponible et réactif aux différents besoins.
− Avant notre séjour à San Juan nous n’avions pas connaissance des problèmes rencontrés avec les coupures d’eau régulière dans le pays. L’information importante à savoir c’est qu’il y a des horaires pour disposer de l’accès à l’eau. Vous n’avez pas de l’eau en continue. Le petit déjeuner est un snacking plutôt qu’un petit déjeuner.

− We were without water for two days not their fault. Other than that my stay was nice.

5.0La location est très bien situé. Nous sommes à 10min à pied de la plage et au centre de San Juan, donc pratique pour prendre des lyft ou uber pas cher.
− Le matelas n'est pas très confortable. Il est mou, on sent les lattes et dès qu'une personne du lit bouge on bouge aussi. Nous avons aussi eu des problèmes d'eaux, nous avions dû nous laver avec des bidons d'eau.
