− One of the amenities we were looking for was Breakfast included. We booked a room and due to timing it was non refundable. We arrive and the place is under renovation including the breakfast area. No refund! The room was nice but not a 4 star quality. The light switch when you walk into the room was on the wall behind the door and tucked behind a lamp on the desk. The room was over priced once they hit you with all the fees as you reserving.

− There has been no breakfast for over a month even though your site still lists breakfast included. The hotel is fairly old and run down. They are doing renovations so the lobby is closed and you go in through a side door.Nothing really looked like the pictures and the rating had really decreased since I booked

− Renovation of the building was in progress and areas were dirty. No breakfast was available as dining area was closed. This should have been advised in advance so that accommodation could have been changed. No refund was offered.

− Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt und kein Frühstück bekommen. Kein Geld zurück bekommen. Booking.com verkauft weiterhin mit Frühstück auf ihrer Seite obwohl es kein Frühstück gibt.
