5.0The location is great, very convenient for exploring the city. Good quality bed for a decent sleep. The bathroom itself was fine and functional.
− We were not sent check-in instructions in advance. Nobody was at the reception to meet us, and our phone calls went unanswered at first. You can clearly hear the reception doorbell inside the room. People are constantly ringing it to drop off their luggage (mainly because they didn't receive check-in instructions on time either). On top of that, you can hear every conversation from the inner courtyard under the window, even when it's fully closed. The room is dark because the only small window opens into a shared inner walkway. Guests might walk directly past your window. Everything feels worn out. It looks like the photos on Booking were taken 10-15 years ago right after a renovation, but years of short-term rentals have completely worn the place down. There is no kettle in the room. The towel radiator in the bathroom doesn't work, so towels stay wet the entire time.
