7.0The check out lady was lovely the morning we left. The room was comfortable and clean
− The two men on the check in desk the evening we arrived were unhelpful. They guided us to the parking without telling us we’d need a code which made arrival much more difficult than it needed to be and we heard them say the same thing to 3 other people after us. It made the whole process much more difficult than it needed to be at a busy time. Their attitude was dismissive and patronising. The lady the next morning was much better and couldn’t have been more helpful. I certainly won’t be recommending this hotel where we were mucked about by people with an immature attitude, given the prices we were paying
