5.0Zentral gelegenes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ruhiges Zimmer, Bett war OK. Sehr gute Lage gleich bei der Tube Station Eaels Court gelegen.
− Dass ich um 23.30 Uhr vom Personal empatielos aufgefordert wurde, das Zimmer sofort zu wechseln. Dass ich ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen habe, kann passieren, aber das müsste doch auch bis am Morgen warten können- ein echter Minuspunkt. Mein Zimmer machte mit dem vergitterten Fenster den Flair einer Zelle aus-OK das ist halt so. Ein echter Minuspunkt ist auch diese Feuermeldeanlage mit den Fehlalarmen- mitten in der Nacht. Das Frühstück gewinnt auch keinen Pokal, so mickrig und lieblos wie dort habe ich noch nirgendwo gehabt.

8.0Osoblje pristojno i uslužno, soba ugodna, čista, velika, lokacija izvrsna, blizu raznih sadržaja- restorani, trgovine, postaja podzemne željeznice Earl's Court u neposrednoj blizini.
− Bilo bi poželjno da doručak ima malo širi izbor, npr. nareske - sir, salama, možda i nešto od voća. Tuš je bio dobar, ali se mora čekati neko vrijeme na toplu vodu.

− Einrichtung und Sanitäranlagen nicht zeitgemäß oder teils mit Funktionsstörungen. Fenster nicht dicht und zugig bzw. ohne jeden Schallschutz.
