5.0The property is very central and the front office staff very helpful.
− The hotel is dated rooms have had a bit of an upgrade but on the whole not that nice. AC is very weak and barely cools the room. The lift is super small. On departure we had to use the stairs to take down our luggage because the housekeeper was using the lift.
A great location for a brief stay in Toulouse City centre.

8.0I had a short business trip to Toulouse and the Hotel was good for what I needed. It is centrally located with easy access to the airport bus. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, theair conditioning was excellent and was just what was needed on what was a very hot day.
Disappointing experience.
3.0The water was hot. The aircon was good and the towels were changed regularly.
− The hair-dryer did not work. The TV only worked intermittently and the curtains were hanging off the rail. We advised the reception staff on the first day regarding the hair-dryer and the TV and nothing was done during our four night stay. The decoration in our room was very tired. We have stayed in many 3 star hotels and don't think this hotel deserved a 3 star rating.
