Convenience over luxury
6.0This is a good basic hotel with a nice room (ours looked down an alley where garbage was stored) and a central location. It was clean and had a nice self service coffee machine by the lobby. I wished the lobby would pull back the draperies to brighten the experience at the front desk but they never did. It felt as if I was entering a cheap motel with the darkness. The roof top deck looked beautiful but I didn’t have the opportunity to participate in any of the activities up there. Security is old-school, you do not need a key to ride the elevators. The hotel gym is very nice for a hotel. Fun pub next door and easy walking distance to Grand Central Station.
Great Accommodations
10.0Did a getaway with my wife to this Club Wyndham property, through Travel and Leisure Marquee. The property on the East Side of Midtown Manhattan is a special find. The rooms are roomy, the bedding is comfortable, and the linens are desirable. Excellent staff to make our stay a superb one!

Watch out for the hard sell!
5.0The room and location.
− The terrible 'hard sell' on check in for timeshares. Taking money from my card without telling me. When I insisted on a refund and expressed how unhappy I was aboutthe whole scenario the staff member ripped up an associated document in my face. Unacceptable and impacted my whole holiday.

The resort will be experiencing nearby construction through December 2025.The building directly neighboring to the resort is undergoing extensive renovation, with loud construction noise during the day between 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Additionally, dust, odors obstructions and work crews may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.
Valet parking is the only option offered by the resort to park your car during your stay. The per-night cost is $65 for vehicles less than 181 inches, $85 for vehicles over 181 inches in length, or SUVs. Please note that certain large vehicles, such as pickup trucks or large vans, will be charged $105 per night. In and out privileges are available for an additional fee of $15 per reentrance. Additionally, the garage reserves the right to park certain cars depending on their make or model (no luxury cars, no Tesla truck, nor oversize)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
