4.0Complete lack of property maintenance. No money is being put back into the rooms. Needs an entire facelift. Prices have increased relative to market, but no money is being reinvested.

2.0Hotel smelled on entering. Room smelled like smoke. Rugs, chairs stained, sheets and mattress stained. Second room just as bad. We left.
