10.0Its been the third times we stay in Lotte hotel saigon. The foods so good, location is the city center easy to get anywhere. The room comfort and with a good few. However kindly improve your bath tub cleanliness for more safety. Thank you

Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Ms. Mia and Jane for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. They made us feel truly welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Their genuine care and friendly attitude made our experience even more memorable.
