10.0Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of charm. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the complimentary transfer service was a wonderful surprise. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the historic center while still being peaceful. I truly loved every moment of my stay.

10.0Ao chegar no hotel (como diz meu filho, "casa da Nonna") a receptividade já é calorosa! A senhora Marina nos recebeu muito bem e de cara você se sente em casa. Desde a entrada para do jardim, à recepção e o quarto foi amor a primeira vista. Agora, o café da manhã é um assunto a parte. A variedade, qualidade, capricho e cuidado aos detalhes da mesa, buffet e atendimento no serviço é só elogios. Nota máxima em tudo.
