− The interior design (lacking); the fact that the air conditioning didn’t work, carpet (rundown and dirty with stains) throughout the floors, breakfast could be better, amenities in the room

− Der reklameres med pool, og der var en del børnefamilier. Men børn var faktisk ikke velkomne i poolområdet, fordi de slet ikke måtte være børn og grine og plaske. Jeg ville foreslå, at man opdeler tiderne så børn er velkomne uden restriktioner fra 9-12, og at de strikse regler så gælder resten af tiden
