3.0− Well when we booked our stay we thought the pool was good to swim in due the extreme weather and it was down for maintenance the entire time. We checked in and I asked when the pool closed every night I was told 11 pm and was never told it was closed due to maintenance and was charged as if it was running and open. I tried to get a hold of someone and waited over an hour on the phone with no one answering just was hung up on. Also when the fire alarm went off. We were no evaluated out of the building or never told all was clear to go back in. The fire department even had a hard time finding a staff member. The bed was so hard I think the floor would have been more comfortable.
Absolutely wonderful place to stay.
10.0I liked everything. But I especially liked Brandi who was at the counter. She was absolutely pleasant. Wonderful helped me find a store because I had forgotten my outfit for the birthday party. She was excellent.
− The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was not available.
This hotel was clean, roomy, and quiet, and the staff was friendly at every turn.

− We had a suite. There was no window in the bedroom. There was a dead space in the room. It could have been a closet or shelves, but it was just an empty niche.
