Clean, newer hotel in a good location.
9.0Good location close to the airport, facilities were clean and in good repair. We arrived before check in time and were accommodated by the manager.
− We had to leave before the breakfast was open. We could have used more towels.

6.0It was alright until they double charged me for the room. They had a new person and on check in they double charged me for the room 50$ deposit and 2 rooms prices
− That they double charged me and now I was to wait and see if they will drop
Good proximity to airport, good facilities
9.0I thought the breakfast was great. The breakfast staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate her so much. Facilities were good and bed is comfy. Proximity to airport is great.
− Wasn’t previously aware that we needed to ring in to order the shuttle. Could have been made more clear. Sometimes being abroad, traveller may not have a phone to ring on. Clarity on website for the shuttle service will be great. Being able to prebook a shuttle would also help.
