Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie i z pewnością możemy polecić ten hotel rodzinom z dziećmi
9.0Na plus zdecydowanie zasługuje świetna lokalizacja hotelu. To idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek – czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo podróżując z małym dzieckiem. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Dodatkowym atutem jest wspaniała strefa SPA, która pozwala naprawdę się zrelaksować. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie.
− Na minus niestety muszę wspomnieć o ostatniej nocy naszego pobytu. Około godziny 2:00 w nocy do sąsiedniego pokoju zakwaterowali się bardzo głośni goście, którzy wielokrotnie trzaskali drzwiami i głośno rozmawiali na korytarzu. Niestety obudzili naszego 7-miesięcznego synka. Byłoby wspaniale, gdyby personel podczas późnych zameldowań zwracał gościom uwagę na konieczność zachowania ciszy, aby nie zakłócać wypoczynku pozostałym osobom. Dodatkowo uważam, że w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym leżaki na plaży oraz parking dla gości powinny być dostępne bez dodatkowych opłat. Są to udogodnienia, które obecnie stanowią standard w obiektach tej klasy.

− Kurz na zestawie do robienia kawy, herbaty, dawno nie używany, łazienka mogłaby przejść lekki remont (fugi).
Znakomity hotel i udany pobyt
10.0Spodziewaliśmy się pobytu na wysokim poziomie, ale hotel przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Od profesjonalnej, dyskretnej i pomocnej obsługi, po wyśmienite jedzenie i eleganckie wnętrza. Byliśmy na kolacji w doskonałej (!!!) Restauracji Cafe Xander, zamówiliśmy tatar cielęcy, zupę rybną z wanilią, jesiotra i biodrówkę cielęcą - po prostu symfonia smaków, pobyt w tej niezwykle stylowej restauracji to naprawdę wyjątkowe doznanie. Odwiedziliśmy też spa i basen - masaż i pobyt na basenie 10/10, sam basen prezentuje się świetnie po niedawnym remoncie. Z pewnością wrócimy.
