Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de courtoisie par la réception. Alors que j'étais encombré de mes bagages, un collaborateur, pourtant occupé à une autre tâche, est spontanément venu me prêter assistance. Cette attention, aussi simple que naturelle, donne immédiatement le ton de la qualité de l'accueil. Idéalement situé sur les rives du Tarn, l'hôtel propose de vastes chambres, impeccablement entretenues, confortables et propices au repos. Une simple suggestion d'amélioration : une véritable table ou un petit bureau serait plus pratique que la console actuelle, dont la faible profondeur limite l'usage. Le restaurant comme le petit-déjeuner offrent une prestation de qualité, servie par une équipe attentive et pleinement investie dans la satisfaction des clients. On ressent chez l'ensemble du personnel un réel sens du service et une volonté sincère de bien faire, des qualités qui deviennent malheureusement de plus en plus rares. Enfin, la proximité immédiate du parking et sa facilité d'accès constituent un avantage appréciable, venant compléter une expérience particulièrement réussie
