Lovely hotel and stuff, pity about unwillingness to assist guests with transportation to/from hotel
7.0Very clean, polite and friendly staff
− Part of family arrived on a late evening flight and telephoned the hotel for help with getting to the hotel when they arrived to the nearest train station and couldn’t find a taxi. The evening receptionist was extremely unhelpful, he said he can’t do anything and hung up. They were forced to walk with luggage for over an hour, very late in the evening to get to the hotel. The hotel should come with a disclaimer that zero help is offered with taxi assistance.

Ottimo hotel 4 stelle
10.0Ottimo hotel, curato in ogni dettaglio. La stanza era nuova, pulita e accogliente. La colazione era molto ricca e il servizio da parte del personale eccellente. Il personale della reception è stato impeccabile. Parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel al coperto e non. La struttura si trova di fronte alla spiaggia e perciò ai vari stabilimenti balneari. Piscina sempre pulita e fornitura asciugamani gratuito direttamente in piscina, è obbligatorio usare la cuffia che ci è stata prontamente fornita dal bagnino. Consiglio a chi cerca un hotel tranquillo, silenzioso e elegante.

− Essen hat nicht so gut geschmeckt, zu wenig zur Auswahl, die Säfte waren viel zu viel mit Wasser verdünnt. Das Bett war zu hart.
