9.0Las instalaciones están muy bien. Hicimos Snorkel y fue todo un éxito. Aunque la playa no es la mejor para bañarse. La alimentación es buena. En fin... La pasamos muy bien.
− Tuvimos problemas con el minibar ya que no enfriaba lo suficiente, lo reportamos y nos dieron otro un poquito mejor.
Hotel cómodo, agradable, buen servicio
7.0Las habitaciones amplias, el baño limpio y bonito, se ve que han renovado el hotel. Las albercas son un poco pequeñas a comparación de otros hoteles pero me parece que se dan a basto. La atención de todo el personal fue muy muy buena. Buena atención del área de bar de las albercas. Fuimos una noche al show y estuvo bien. El área de entretenimiento es muy buena, realizan actividades en las albercas para adultos y niños. y hay otras actividades como bingo. Tienen un puesto de crepas, muy buenas las dulces, no tanto las saladas. Tienen un área de bar El Abuelo, es muy cómodo y agradable para sentarse a platicar en la nochecita La comida del restaurante japonés estuvo bien. Los precios de la boutique estuvieron acordes a los productos, nada excesivo. La comida, variedad y calidad, es superior en el restaurante El Mercado que en La Brisa, en ambos es bueno, pero en El Mercado es mejor. El restaurante La Brisa es más agradable, ventilado y cómodo.
− En el restaurante de carnes, esperamos más de una hora por nuestros platillos. Me parece que hubo algún problema en cocina y por eso se atrasaron, ya que todos en el restaurante esperamos. Fue el único detalle que no me agradó, sin embargo, la comida estuvo muy buena. En el restaurante de tepanyaki la comida estuvo bien, sin embargo, creo que al chef le falta experiencia en lo que specta al performance del tepanyaki. El restaurante El Mercado no tiene buen aire acondicionado, solo se siente en la sección central, pero si te asignan mesa en los pasillos se siente muchisimo calor y es incómodo.
